Trojan’s state-of-the-art wrapping can laminate your profiles of nearly any shape and substrate with exterior and interior laminates. The rollers of the profile wrapping machine can be adapted to many dimensions.

Our wrapping equipment laminates up to 12”W x 5.5”H x 23’L in a continuous process at a speed of more than 60 ft./minute, depending on size and shape of the sticks.

Exterior laminates can withstand the harshest climates, have outstanding weather fastness, maintain the lowest heat build up and offer textured finishes and a wide array of colors and designs.
